This little girl has been dressed to the nines since I met her at her newborn session. She did not disappoint for her 12 month session. It took me until the day before the session to finally convince her mom to do an actual smash the cake session. She was mostly concerned that Kenna would not want anything to do with the cake since she has entered a slightly picky phase. I told her to bring it anyway, that a lot of my smash the cake sessions end up messy because they are trying to get away from the cake, not necessarily because they dug into it. I assured her she would still get her “messy” cake session either way. Kenna definitely shocked us all when we set the cupcake in front of her. Holy Moly! She had us all crying from sheer laughter. Gosh I love my job!
